We keep your current gallery online and accessible on Pixieset for 12 months. It renews automatically each year unless canceled.

You can choose either or both. “Own + Access” gives you permanent files and a year of hosting. “Annual Storage” alone keeps your gallery live without requiring the purchase of all files.

You can continue hosting by renewing at the current annual storage rate. If you don’t renew, your gallery will be taken offline, but you will keep any files you downloaded.

Your gallery will be removed from our servers after the deadline.

We recommend that you don’t. Your gallery access is tied to your verified email and may require verification. Download links are time-limited and allow up to two downloads per gallery. Sharing credentials or links can exhaust these limits or trigger security flags that interrupt delivery and access. If others need access, they can purchase this product during this promotion.

Annually. It renews on the anniversary of your purchase. 

We’ll notify you. If payment isn’t updated within 5 days, the gallery is removed on day 6. Recovery may not be possible.

No. If you previously purchased All Images, you already own the files. If your event was within the last 6 months, we can resend your download link at no charge. After 6 months, re-delivery and any additional services are subject to our current pricing. To keep online access going forward, you can add Annual Gallery Storage. Email love@elopestx.com with your name and event date so we can assist.

Yes—cancel anytime, PayPal account or email love@elopestx.com at least 3 business days before renewal to avoid the next charge. Your gallery remains active through the end of the paid term. 

Expect your download link or confirmation within 24–48 hours after payment.

Only the purchaser. Delivery and download authorization are tied to the purchaser’s email on file. If your email changed, contact love@elopestx.com before fulfillment.

Download links are active for 7 days and allow up to 2 downloads per gallery. After expiry or limit, re-delivery follows current pricing.
